About Me

 

 

My name is Karen Flowers and I am a dedicated Hypnotist, Reiki Energy Healer, and Spiritual Life Coach based in beautiful Cadiz, Kentucky. I am 58 yrs old, married, have two spunky aussidoodles (Rylie & Stevie) and two gorgeous cats (Jake & Jemma). I love, love, love to read, meditate, spend time with my family/friends and relax by camping at Lake Barkley. 

 

 

 

How did I get into this work?

 

 

 

Well, great question... I was raised Southern Baptist and carried the majority of those beliefs up until early 2024. Not that I hadn't questioned parts of the religion/other religions before that, but I never delved too deep in the questioning. The one part I knew I didn't understand was where I was going to go when I passed away. I knew I was a good person, I had a huge heart and I had done so, so many wonderful, kind and loving things in my life. I wasn't perfect and I had definitely sinned more than once. So, if I took the Bible and all of its teachings literally - I didn't think my name was going to be on the list at the pearly gates. That scared me. That scared me a lot and I carried that fear for many, many years. I will say though that deep in my heart, I felt God's love and I kept my faith that it would all be okay when that time came. I just left it at that. 

 

When my parents passed away in the early 2010's I really began to wonder - where did they go? Can they still see me or hear me in any way. Do they know what is going on down here??

 

Fast forward to 2024 and one day I was reading something that mentioned reincarnation. I simply wondered to myself - is that real? Later that day I started to research reincarnation. And I ended up spending hours and hours over a period of several weeks continuing to read and listen to people tell their stories. That led me to wanting to understand Near Death Experiences (NDE's). Again, hours and hours over weeks of time. I was so, so fascinated with what I was seeing, hearing and learning. My mind was absolutely blown away...

 

All of that led me to my interest in becoming a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy) practitioner. Once I learned that technique, I studied BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) as well as Standard Suggestive Hypnosis. In between those I took time to become certified in Spriritual Life Coaching and then Reiki Energy Healing.

 

The past few years of learning and growing have completely changed my life for the better. I had never felt more close to God, Mother Earth as well as the entire Universe. I had never felt the sense of inner peace that I hold within myself today.

 

It didn't come overnight. It was definitely a process but it was more than worth it to me. I am so grateful that the Universe tapped me on the shoulder to spark my interest and I am so thankful I actually stopped and listened. Once I started putting the pieces together and experiencing the transformational changes happening within my life, I knew I had to find a way to share this with others who were also looking for answers. I truly believe we are all unique beings walking entirely different life paths. We all have different questions, different challenges and things to overcome.

 

My goal is to help anyone who is ready to look within, tap into their own inner compass, and awaken parts of themselves they never knew existed.
